Payments
All payments for orders are processed securely through Paypal, the best way to pay online! We have chosen to use Paypal because of their reputation for security and privacy. We do not personally handle your financial information. You do not have to have a Paypal account to shop through our site, but Paypal is still the processor for all of our transactions conducted through this website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal.

If you prefer not to use Paypal to pay online, you may phone in your order directly to us. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover over the phone, or money orders by mail. We do not accept personal checks. Please do not e-mail us your credit card information, as that is not a secure method. We are not responsible for any errors or security issues that may arise from your use of Paypal, and your use of this site acknowledges such.

Merchandise
The merchandise featured on this website is a sampling of what we have available in our brick and mortar store. We buy very limited quantities of each item. It is possible we may sell out of an item in the store before we have a chance to remove it from the online shop. We will notify you as soon as possible if you have ordered an item that is out of stock. We do not make any substitutions for items.

All of our vintage merchandise is sold 'as is'. Any flaws or wear on these items will be described thoroughly in the item description. These items are intended for decorative purposes only. We do not recommend the use of vintage china plates for food.

We are not a children's store, and our items are not recommended for children.

Returns
Because we are a small shop specializing in one-of-a-kinds and few-of-a-kinds, we are not able to accept returns. We do our best to thoroughly describe and photograph each item. We want you to be certain of your purchase before you make it, and are happy to answer any questions you may have about an item so that you can make a decision you are happy with.

All orders are insured, and if damage occurs during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper.

Shipping
We ship by either UPS or USPS, depending on the size and weight of an order. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. After an item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information.

At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada.

USA shipping rates are as follows:

order amount $1-$34.99 = $8.50 shipping
order amount $35-$50.00 = $10.50 shipping
order amount $50.01-$74.99 = $12.50 shipping
order amount $75.00 and up = FREE SHIPPING!

Free shipping is available only in the 48 contiguous states; please contact us for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

Canadian shipping rates are as follows (US currency):

order amount $1-$34.99 = $14.50 shipping
order amount $35-$50.00 = $16.00 shipping
order amount $50.01-$99.99 = $18.50 shipping
order amount $100.00-$150.00 = $20.50 shipping
order amount $150.01 and up = $24.50

Privacy
Your privacy is of our utmost concern. We will not share your information, including address and e-mail, with anyone else. If you join our e-mail list, you can remove your address at any time by sending an e-mail to shop@shopfrivolities.com with the subject line "REMOVE".
